Anyway, a quick post-note as I sit here in my fancy-pants suite in the W in West Hollywood - I am happy to confirm that i survived, without notable gastric incident, the One Year Quinoa Experiment.  For which, I'm sure, my fellow aircraft passengers were suitably grateful for today.....
