Day 21-23:  Let's not mince about.  Mincey-wincey magic.
We are entering into the home strait of Kitchen Store Cupboard Challenge!!!  Just one week left to go, and its time to step up the pace, so i decided to have a rummage in the freezer and finally liberate one of the packets of frozen beef mince that have been loitering around for a few months.  This was a dead easy supper and, fortunately, very tasty too, given the massive pot of tomatoey-rich beefy goodness that i created.  Served up on a bed of wholewheat pasta spirals and it made for a very yummy supper.
Repeat for three nights in a row.

Day 21-23: Pasta-licious
Ingredients: ground beef, jar of tomato pasta sauce, red kidney beans, onion, garlic, seasoning, oregano
DoD: 1 (a doddle)
II: 2 (a classic)
PfBF: 1  (guaranteed deliciousness)
Overall assessment: yum yum yum.
